Anatomy of Wellbeing – Creating a culture of sustainable high-performance

Wellbeing is a bit of a buzzword in organisations at the moment. Sadly, many have decided that providing sleep pods,  ‘zen rooms’ and discounted gym memberships is a viable alternative to creating a culture where sustainable high-performance and the wellbeing aspects of rest, recuperation, family-time, nutrition and sleep, are respected as much as a person’s utilisation percentage.

Anatomy of Wellbeing is a half-day workshop that covers six of the key elements for thriving and long-term success in today’s exacting – and evolving – workplaces: Mindset, Recuperation, Activity, Sleep, Nutrition and Pause.
