Most people have never been on a team. The difference between ‘groups’ and ‘teams’ is more than semantics. Being able to contribute to teaming either as a member, or as a person leading it, is an essential performance skill. Teams are more high-functioning, more resilient, more creative and innovative, but they do require proactive commitment and ongoing maintenance to sustain.
Anatomy of a Team is a half-day workshop that helps people understand the functional differences between groups and teams and how to transition from a ‘nominal group’ to an ‘optimised team’ by being a proactive team member and in time, a team leader.
