Transform With APS

APS Events

Open enrolment leadership modules

How can I improve my leadership skills? What can our organisation do to be more inclusive? What are the keys to employee wellbeing?

These are just of a few of the questions we answer in our leadership modules and courses, all of which help leaders augment their technical skills with the tools required to be transformational leaders for the 21st century.

Dinner Series

Our dinner series events provide participants with an opportunity to hear from inspiring thought leaders who tie their unique experiences and knowledge to lessons for leaders. Dinner Series events are conversation starters, designed to bring out-of-the-box ideas from speakers to the table for open discussion and idea exchange.

Salon Series

APS Salon events will be fun and informative social and networking gatherings with a twist. Wish you knew more about wine? Need some tips on landing your next job? Have a passing curiosity about cigars? These are just some of the topics our Salon Series will cover.

  • Anatomy of Inclusion - June 27th
    27th June 2017
    8:00 am - 12:00 pm

Our half day Anatomy of Inclusion workshop is not about creating a feel good session for the righteous. Inclusion is a 21st Century performance prerogative, not a means to fulfil quotas or meet compliance standards. Inclusion does not have a singular fascination with protected classes, rather it looks at all the different ways people can feel marginalised or fear the ‘out-grouping’ that blights performance at so many organisations. Inclusive organisations seek to capture the full spectrum of cognitive perspectives available to them, not in order to assemble diversity in a 1990’s Benetton-style advert, but rather in order to have at its disposal

  • Anatomy of a Jedi - June 28, 2017
    28th June 2017
    8:00 am - 12:00 pm

Being an everyday Jedi isn’t simply about stepping up in times of conflict. It’s about understanding the critical factors required for success on a daily basis: your personal success, and importantly, the success of those around you. Everyday Jedi harness the power of interpersonal insights, self-examination, and envisioning a future history, and utilise this triad to succeed.

  • Agency Course part 1: Anatomy of a Jedi
    6th July 2017
    8:00 am - 12:00 pm
  • Agency Course part 2: Anatomy of Inclusion
    11th July 2017
    8:00 am - 12:00 pm

Combining Anatomy of a Jedi and Anatomy of Inclusion provides tools to enable leaders to foster a sense of agency among employees. Leaders must have a deep understanding of their own skills and bias, as well as those they lead, not to ensure compliance, but rather to secure the foundations for daily innovation
