Partner with APS to create meaningful and sustainable change

We know that there can be a difference between what academic research says and what actually works or is possible in organisations. Responsible interventions or strategic changes need elements that ensure proposed solutions aren’t just good “in theory”, but will survive implementation in situ and this is what our expertise provides.

Each of the services in our portfolio follows this evidence-backed approach and are designed to complement each other. Delivery of our services as individual interventions will provide solutions that can target specific challenges. In many cases, we find that clients require a longer-term and more comprehensive set of services to address organisational challenges that can be resolved with our APS Partnership Programme.

Our Partnership model provides clients with options to engage our services over several months in high-intensity interventions around various aspects of organisational culture. We create a suite of services from our portfolio fora single, all-inclusive fee at a discounted rate over individual engagements.

Partnership Programme Options

Six engagements

In this option APS will make six trips in a twelve month period, each trip consisting of three days of intensive work.

What’s included:

  • Six onsite visits by John Amaechi OBE of three days per trip
  • Induction and exit sessions during each visit for any stakeholders
  • Two senior leadership seminars per trip (these can be for Board, executive team, minority talent, etc)
  • Five, 90-minute individual or group coaching sessions per trip plus the APS online coaching portal
  • Two APS “Anatomy of…” workshops from our High-Performance Ecosystem series per trip
  • Twelve days for consultation, diligence and client interaction (split between onsite and offsite)
  • Three speeches either onsite or at other global offices/events (latter incurs additional expenses)
  • All travel and expenses
