Peter Carroll is a medical doctor, a Member of The Royal College of Surgeons Of England who has
notched up nearly 10 years of business management experience including heading up a Tech Track 100 company.

He has extensive experience in system and process design, workflow and business process reengineering and business analysis. Peter has successfully developed individuals and teams to help people realise their own potential.

He has been an advisor to the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Products Agency
(MHRA) and worked with the pharmaceutical industry and the NHS on consumer information projects.

In management consultancy roles he has led on strategic reviews, optimising operational efficiency and effectiveness and change management programmes. Recent clients described his work as ‘enlightening’ and ‘delivering great value’.

Peter is a partner in APS leading on commercial development and in performance consulting for
clients.

Peter is married and has two children and is also a Governor of an exceptional primary school in
central London.
