Organizational Harmony™: Performance through Diversity

Two-day program. POA per 30 participants. For larger groups it is recommended that participants be split into groups of no more than 30 to maintain interaction, individual attention and impact. Minimum group size is ten.

This program is tailored to meet the individual needs of each organization and contains components of goal setting, team dynamics, communication, harmonic language, organizational commitment, responsibility and breakthrough thinking. The program is hands-on and interactive, demanding a great deal of participation to maximize the return for the individual and the positive impact for the organization.

There are several outcomes from this program that will be fed back to the client organization to assist in ongoing change including pre- and post- intervention attitudes, confidence and skill assessments.

Participants will be challenged to:

  • embrace personal honesty leading to a pragmatic self-assessment and organizational analysis
  • critically understand and be aware of individual differences
  • promote an ethos of respect & support for equality and diversity at work and in life
  • create an atmosphere conducive to, and learn skills commensurate with, an honest and open dialogue on issues of diversity and inclusion and high-functioning teams
  • challenge and remove of stereotypes and increase empathy for peers
  • refine language and increase eloquence around matters of diversity and inclusion
  • become pro-active agents for change allowing them to support, lead and manage diversity across their workplace and communities
  • create a embracing working and learning environment

Different to most other executive training, this program empowers individuals to be proactive agents of change. Through robust coaching it encourages participants to continue with ongoing professional development and personal growth.
