LEGACY:Elite Executive Training™

The course is designed to include four fully interactive forums lasting one and three quarter hours each, spread throughout the year. The number of forums can be extended to six sessions lasting one hour each, if consultation with management and key personnel indicate this would provide even more penetration of key concepts. There is no cost implication for this amendment. The program will ideally be delivered onsite.

This program is absolutely unique in executive training. It is borne from Animus Consulting’s Sportscare product, designed exclusively for the youthful, world-class athletes at Manchester United Football Club in the British Premier League.

This program addresses the issues of the ever increasing number of often callow, socially immature, yet affluent young executives. The necessary skills of this vital set must often be offset by an undercurrent of immaturity and, at its worst, organizationally harmful behaviors both in and outside of the workplace.
